I don't know if this is the right section to put this in, but what does the karma mean under our names? And what does the Exalt and Smite mean?

This is the right place to put it.

The karma feature of the forum allows other members to give each other ratings which are displayed in their mini profiles.

Exalt: Raise in rank, praise highly, make more excellent or sublime.

Smite: hit hard, affect suddenly.

That's all I know.

And how do we get karma?

When some one clicks on one of the words under your profile to your left. You can also do it to others.
